Walking For Charity – Day 2

Oooh! What big ears you've got...

Day 2 and I took the opportunity for a walk through a number of fields close to home. Not sure how it happened, but I just happened to stumble across my favourite garden centre coffee shop at Wistow. What a coincidence! And it’s coffee time too!

I guess I can’t really call it a ‘practice’ for my upcoming South West Coast Path mission – for that I’d need some bigger hills! I think I should consider it more of a ‘warm-up’.

Took a couple of pics for the album:

Oh! What big ears you’ve got …
A sea of yellow – quite nice to walk through the fields around Fleckney while they are still fields!

With regard to the challenges – not a bad start I think:

7.47 miles out of my 150 mile target
29981 out of 900k steps

As you just happen to have read this far – can you spare a minute and a few pennies to support my fund?
