TUESDAY JULY 14th, 2020 – THE LIZARD TO COVERACK
Approximately 10.5 miles. Moderate to Strenuous

Picking up at The Lizard, my finish point yesterday, I’ll head off to Coverack having left one of the cars there this morning. This Southern-most part of the UK is reputed to be one of the most stunning stretches of the South West Coast Path.
Having reached the Southern-most point of the UK mainland, the next stretch will see us heading North again – no surprises there! We’ll head up the coast to Cadgwith which is the last town on this stretch.

After Poltescu, the route head East before turning North again at Black Head. The stretch of coast is very remote with hardly any villages and few roads with access to the path.

You are more than welcome to join me for any part of this stretch, for the whole day, or the full nine yards Marazion to Falmouth. Please get in touch using my contact form and I will keep you updated on start times and progress.
